A guest accommodation contract is deemed to have been concluded when the flat CASA MARIA A LAGO is ordered, promised or made available at short notice. This can also take place in oral form (declaration of intent).
PROVISION
CASA MARIA A LAGO is available to the guest on the agreed arrival day from 4.00 pm. The keys will be handed over on site by the housekeeper.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The fee agreed for the booking of CASA MARIA A LAGO must be paid even if the booking is later cancelled by the customer (§552 BGB), namely:
– 25 % . Cancellation 4 weeks before booking date
– 50 % . Cancellation 2 weeks before booking date
LIABILITY
Any use of the flat given to the guest(s) that deviates from the agreement entitles the landlord to terminate the contractual relationship without notice, without this reducing the claim to the agreed remuneration.
The landlord is not liable for money or valuables of the guest(s) that are stolen from the flat. The guest/guests are requested not to leave money and valuables in the flat.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
CheckIn is on Saturday (day of arrival) from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
CheckOut is always on Saturday (departure day) until 11.00 a m.
FINDINGS
Items left behind by guests will only be forwarded at the request, risk and expense of the guests. The landlord undertakes to keep the items for 2 months. After this full stop, the items will be destroyed or – if there is an apparent value – donated to charitable institutions.
MAIL AND MERCHANDISE
Messages, mail or goods intended for guests that arrive after their departure will be handled with care. The landlord will take care of the safekeeping and, if requested, the forwarding. However, liability for loss, delay or damage is excluded.
