PRICES 2022 . 2023
The prices are per calendar week for the use of the flat CASA MARIA A LAGO with 2 persons including water, electricity, final cleaning.

Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

For the accommodation of up to 2 additional persons (overnight stay on the sofa bed in the living/dining room) we charge 200,00 € per person and week. 2 children up to the age of 6 stay free of charge. The number of 4 persons staying in the flat must not be exceeded.

CLEANING
For a stay of more than 1 week, an intermediate cleaning including change of bed linen takes place on Friday. There are enough towels in the flat and they can be used as needed; they will be changed during the intermediate cleaning.

DOGS
The accommodation of dogs is not permitted.

PARKING
There are no parking spaces directly at the house (residents’ parking only). At the end of Via Cure del Lino (approx. 200 m) there are several public parking spaces. Other public parking spaces are located above Via Cure del Lino on Via Landi (use the stairs between the streets).

We recommend using the nearest multi-storey car park at Via Landi 19 (approx. 500 m on foot) – see also TIPS.
